Super Downloads is a desktop application that runs entirely on your computer. We are committed to your privacy and collect minimal data.
The App does not collect, store, or transmit:
When you purchase a Pro license: Your email address and payment information are processed by our payment provider (LemonSqueezy). We receive your email and license key. We do not store your payment card details.
When you contact support: We store your email and message content to respond to your inquiry.
The App stores settings and download history locally on your device using standard application storage. This data never leaves your computer.
The App uses yt-dlp to process video URLs. Downloads are fetched directly from the source platform to your computer. No data passes through our servers.
Pro license purchases are processed by LemonSqueezy (a Stripe company). Their privacy policy applies to payment processing.
We retain customer email addresses for license management. You can request deletion at any time by contacting support@superdownloads.app.
We may update this policy. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
