By downloading or using Super Downloads ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Super Downloads grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on your personal devices. The free tier allows 5 downloads per day. The Pro license allows unlimited downloads on up to 3 devices.
You agree to use Super Downloads only to download content you have the right to download. This includes your own content, Creative Commons material, and content for which you have explicit permission. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and platform terms of service.
Super Downloads does not host, store, or distribute any third-party content. The App is a tool that facilitates downloading from publicly accessible URLs. We do not claim ownership of any content you download.
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that all URLs or platforms will work at all times, as third-party services may change their systems.
Pro license purchases are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Contact support@superdownloads.app to request a refund.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Super Downloads shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
